Research:
These images below were exactly what I was trying to excite. I wanted to have a photo of the fall leaves however I wanted to make one leaf the main focal point.

My 20 Photos:
These images were taken in the cold morning over the four day weekend. In the front of my house we have this bush that goes through beautiful color stages that I wanted to capture.

My 4 Edited:
All of these photos were taken in my backyard. In photoshop I mainly played around with saturation, vibrance and the levels. For the image on the far left of the single red leaf, I emphasized the red and saturated the rest of the image, so the viewers eye goes directly towards the leaf. I did a similar technique for the image on the far too.

5 Step Critique:
1.) Observe
2.)Describe- This photograph is a 8.5 inch by 11 inch digital print on a ___ paper on a black on black frame of fall leaves. Behind the leaves is cement. The photo was takin on a downward angle. It is a horizontal image. All the leaves are bunched up in a muddy brown and green color with one bright red leave on the opposite side.
3.)Analyze- One Element of Design that this photo best represents would be space. It's space because there is a lot of space between the clump of green leaves and the red leaf. One Principal of Design that this photo represents is definitely texture. When the texture was enhanced the texture of the leaves were more clear. As long as all the little lines in the cement.
4.)Interpret- My interoperation of the image above, is intended to have the red leaf as a focal point for the viewer.
5.)Evaluate- I think this photo was very successful because of how it hit all my goals for this assignment. I was able to desaturate the photo and yet make the red leaf more vibrant.
